Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can start on the Free plan with no credit card required. The Free plan lets you manage up to 10 contracts indefinitely. You only need to enter payment details when you're ready to upgrade to a paid plan.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, create your company profile, and start uploading contracts. Our AI will automatically extract key dates and details for you to review. Most users have their first contract set up within a few minutes.

Can I import my existing contracts?

Yes — simply upload your PDF files and our AI extraction engine will pull out the key information automatically. You can then review and edit any field before saving.

How does the AI extraction work?

When you upload a contract document, Timemy uses Azure Document Intelligence to read and analyse the text. It identifies key information such as start and end dates, notice periods, contract value, parties involved, and important legal clauses. The extracted data is presented to you for review — you stay in control and can correct anything the AI gets wrong.

How accurate is the AI extraction? Can I rely on it?

AI extraction is designed to save time by pre-filling contract details automatically, but it is not infallible. It may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results — particularly for scanned documents, non-standard layouts, or complex legal language. All extracted information, including dates, contract values, party names, and clause text, must be independently reviewed and verified by you before being relied upon for any business, legal, or financial decision. Timemy and its operators accept no liability for errors, omissions, or losses arising from the use of AI-extracted data. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all contract information stored in the system.

What types of documents can I upload?

Timemy currently supports PDF files only. This covers the vast majority of supplier contracts, service agreements, and NDAs. Scanned PDFs are also supported through the OCR engine. We plan to add support for additional document types, including Word documents, in a future update.

How do reminders and alerts work?

Timemy automatically calculates your notice dates based on the contract end date and notice period you set. It then sends you email reminders 90, 30, and 7 days before each notice date — so you always have time to decide whether to renew or terminate before you're locked in.

Can I invite my team to use Timemy?

Yes. As the company owner you can invite team members from the Team page inside the app. Invited users receive an email to set up their account and are automatically linked to your company. You can assign Owner or Member roles — owners can manage team members and settings, while members can view and manage contracts and suppliers.

What is the risk scoring feature?

Timemy checks each contract for the presence of key legal protections — such as a liability cap, GDPR clause, insurance requirement, and indemnity clause. Contracts missing important clauses are flagged with an amber or red indicator so you know which ones need attention.

Does Timemy integrate with Slack?

Yes. On the Growth and Scale plans you can connect a Slack webhook to receive contract alerts directly in a channel of your choice — useful for keeping the whole team informed without checking the app.

What are the pricing plans?

Timemy has four plans: Free (up to 10 contracts, $0/month), Starter (up to 50 contracts, $29/month), Growth (up to 150 contracts, $59/month), and Scale (unlimited contracts, $99/month). All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. All paid plans can be billed monthly or annually — annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Plans can be upgraded or cancelled at any time.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my contract limit?

If you reach your plan's contract limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding new contracts. Your existing contracts and data are never affected.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app by accessing the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained — you just won't be able to add new contracts beyond the free limit.

Can I delete my account entirely?

Yes. As a company owner you can permanently delete your account from the Settings page under the Danger Zone section. This will immediately cancel your subscription and permanently delete all your company's data, contracts, suppliers, and team member accounts. This action cannot be undone.

Is my contract data secure?

Yes. All data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with row-level security enforced at the database level — meaning each company can only ever access its own data. Documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

Does Timemy hold any security certifications?

Hidbrain Ltd does not hold security certifications directly. Timemy runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and our hosting provider maintains its own independent security certifications and audit programme as part of that service. Can I enable two-factor authentication?

Yes. You can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy from your Settings page. Once enabled, you'll be prompted for a 6-digit code each time you sign in.

Who can see my company's contracts?

Only users you have explicitly invited to your company can see your data. Timemy enforces strict data isolation — users from one company can never see the data of another company. This isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in application logic.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the European Union — specifically in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1 region). Your data never leaves the EU, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and UK data protection regulations.
