Deleting your Timemy account

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Timemy is provided by Hidbrain Ltd. This page explains how to delete your Timemy account and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it yourself, from the app

  1. Open the Timemy app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account
  4. Confirm

The deletion happens immediately.

Workspace owners can do the same in the web app at timemy.com under Settings → Danger zone. If you are a member of someone else's workspace rather than its owner, use the app, or email us using the section below and we will do it for you.

Or ask us to do it

Send us a message through the contact form, choosing Data / GDPR Request as the subject and asking us to delete your account.

Use the email address your account is registered under, so we can identify the account to delete. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • your name, email address and profile picture
  • your account and sign-in details

If you are the only member of your workspace, the workspace goes with you:

  • every contract and the documents uploaded against them
  • suppliers and vendors, and their contacts
  • spending requests, approvals and their history
  • notification and reminder settings

What is kept, and for how long

  • Shared workspaces. If other people are members of your workspace, the workspace and its contracts stay with them. Only your own account and profile are removed. If you are the only owner of a shared workspace, you will be asked to make someone else an owner before you can delete your account, so the workspace is not left without one.
  • Backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which it is overwritten.
  • Records we must keep by law. Billing and tax records are retained for 6 years as required by UK law. These contain invoice and payment details, not your contract documents.
